When will my order ship?

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within one to three business days, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping on qualifying orders or with an active promotional code.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Preorders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover processing and inventory costs.

Exchanges are always fee-free, and the restocking fee is waived if you choose to exchange your preorder instead of requesting a refund.

After 24 hours, preorders are final sale since inventory is secured specifically for your order.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click the link in that email to see real-time updates from the carrier. If you can’t find your tracking info, just reach out and we’ll help you locate it.

Preorders

What are preorders?

Some of our styles are offered as preorders when demand is high or a new design is launching. Preorders allow you to reserve your item before it officially ships.

Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, everything will ship together once the preorder is ready, unless otherwise noted.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Yes, please reach out to our customer service team using the form at the bottom of this page.

If your order includes both, we’ll usually ship everything together once your preorder is ready, unless we let you know otherwise.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original condition within fourteen days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items and preorders are final sale. A $5 restocking fee applies.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Why hasn’t my order been scanned, even though a shipping label was printed?

Sometimes a shipping label is created before the carrier scans it. Don’t worry, your order is on its way! Tracking usually updates within 4-7 business days.
